摘　　要：为了提升纱线质量,介绍了空气捻接器的工作原理及手动、自动空气捻接器的捻接过程,对比分析了不同类型捻接器对不同种类新型纱线的捻接效果,并对FC309型退捻管式空气捻接器的捻接腔进行了改进。指出,空气捻接器的选配对纱线尤其新型纱线的影响至关重要,通过合理使用,能够有效提升纱线的捻接效果及成纱质量。In order to improve yarn quality,introduction is made to the splicing work-how of the air splicer in contrast to the manual products as to the splicing process. Comparative analysis is done to the splicing effects resulted from the splicer of different kinds on different kinds of the new yarn. Some modification is made to the splicing cavity of the de-twisting tubular air splicer FC390. It is pointed out that the selection of air splicer is important to yarn especially the new yarn. Good use of the splicer can effectively enhance the splicing effect of the yarn and yarn quality.
