摘　　要：目的探析虚实双挂线治疗复杂性肛瘘效果。方法选择该院2011年6月—2014年6月期间所收治71例复杂性肛瘘患者作为研究对象,分为两组。观察组采取虚实双挂线治疗,对照组采取切开挂线术进行治疗,比较治愈率、复发率及并发症发生率。结果观察组瘘口愈合时间为(15.6±4.4)d,对照组为(18.3±4.7)d,对比差异有统计学意义(t=2.450,P=0.015<0.05);观察组治愈率、复发率分别为97.2%、2.8%,前者高于对照组,后者低于对照组,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率为2.8%(1/36),仅1例漏气,显著低于对照组17.1%(6/35)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚实双挂线治疗复杂性肛瘘可最大限度保留患者正常皮肤与肛门结构功能,创口愈合速度更快,治愈率高且不易复发,为理想手术方法。Objective To probe into the actual effect of virtual double thread in treatment of complex anal fistula. Methods 71 cases of complex anal fistula patients treated in our hospital in June 2011 - June 2014 as the study object, were divided into two groups. The observation group was given actual double thread drawing therapy, while the control group adopted the incision and thread drawing therapy treatment, and cure rate, recurrence rate and complication rate was compared between the two groups. Re-sults In observation group, fistula healing time, （15.6＆#177;4.4） days, was significant shorter than that ,（18.3＆#177;4.7）days, in the control group ,and the difference was statistically significant （t=2.450,P=0.015〈0.05）;the cure rate ,97.2%, in the observation group was significant higher than that in control group （P〈0.05）,while the recurrence rate ,2.8%, in the observation group was significant low-er than that in control group and ,and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. The complication rate of observation group was 2.8%（1/36）, and only 1 cases of leakage, was significant lower than control group of 17.1%（6/35）,difference was of sta-tistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Virtual double thread in treatment of complex anal fistula can maximize the retention of patients with normal and anal skin structure and function, wound healing faster, with high cure rate and no recurrence, is the ideal surgical method.
