两种根充材料治疗乳牙感染根管的临床疗效评价

摘　　要：目的探讨两种根充材料治疗乳牙感染根管的临床疗效。方法整群选取2012年12月—2013年12月于该院行乳牙根管治疗的患儿共76例(136颗乳牙),将患儿分为两组,观察组38例(70颗乳牙),对照组38例(66颗乳牙);对照组给予碘仿氧化锌丁香油糊剂治疗,观察组给予新型注射式根管糊剂治疗,比较两组患儿的治疗效果。结果观察组成功62例(88.6%),进步7例(10.0%),总有效率为98.6%;对照组成功38例(57.6%),进步18例(27.3%),总有效率为84.8%。组间总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床上在治疗乳牙感染根管时,采用新型注射式根管进行治疗,能促进根尖周组织形成封闭根尖孔功能,且操作方法简单,值得在临床上大力推广。Objective To explore the two methods of treatment of deciduous teeth infection the clinical curative effect of root canal filling material. Methods Selecting 2012-12~2013-12 in our hospital baby teeth root canal therapy of children with a total of 76 patients （136 teeth）, children can be divided into two groups：observation group 38 cases （70 teeth）, the control group 38 cases （66 teeth）;The control group given iodoform paste zinc oxide clove oil treatment, the observation group was given new type injection of the paste root canal treatment, to compare the therapeutic effect of two groups of children. Results The observation group 62 cases （88.6%）, successful progress in 7 cases （10.0%）, the total effective rate was 98.6%;Success in the control group 38 cases （57.6%）, progressive 18 cases （27.3%）, the total effective rate was 84.8%.The difference of total effective rate between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clinically in the treatment of bacterial infections root tube teeth new type injection root canal treatment can improve the formation of closed root hole function for periapical tissue, so with convenient operation it is worth promoting in clinic.
