一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包茎包皮过长110例分析

摘　　要：目的：对一次性包皮切割缝合器治疗包皮过长和包茎的临床应用进行分析。方法：应用一次性包皮切割缝合器,对110例包皮过长或包茎的患者给予包皮环切术。结果：全部110例患者顺利完成手术。麻醉起效后,记录手术时间约3-8 min。术中术后均无严重的出血或血肿,仅5例因术中渗血给予可吸收线缝合止血。所有病例术后2 d后更换敷料,未见有明显渗血、切口裂开或感染情况。术后2-4周随访患者包皮切口均一期愈合,成形满意率100%。与同期传统包皮环切（95例）比较,一次性包皮切割缝合器手术时间、术后水肿、术后疼痛及外观满意度上优势明显。结论：采用一次性包皮切割缝合器进行包皮环切术,手术时间短,患者痛苦少,手术成形满意度高,值得推广。Objective To analysis clinical application of disposable circumcision suture device in the treatment of redundant prepuce and phimosis. Method 110 cases with redundant prepuce or phimosis underwent circumcisions with disposable circumcision anastomat. Results All 110 patients were performed operations successfully. Average operation time recorded when anesthesia worked was about 3-8 min. There＇s no massive hemorrhage intraoperatively or postoperatively. Only 5 patients with a small amount of bleeding were cured by suture. There were no incision split、bleeding or Infection when the dreesings were changed 2 days after the operations. Incisions of all the patients healed well,and the appearance satisfaction rate was 100% when revisited 2 -4 weeks later. Disposable circumcision suture device exhibited obvious superiority over traditional circumcision（ 95 cases） in operation time、postoperative edema、postoperative pain and appearance satisfaction rate. Conclusion The disposable circumcision suture device is worth using widely because of short operation time,less pain,minimal invasive,and satisfying treatment effect.
