摘　　要：目的：探讨高压氧在循证治疗中的临床应用状况。方法：使用计算机检索中国生物医学文献数据库（CBM,2001-2014）、中文期刊全文数据库（2001-2014）和Cochranc图书馆（2014年第2期）,从中查找相关的Meta分析、随机对照试验和系统评价,并对它们的纳入文献进行分析、总结和评价。结果：共检索到7篇高质量的高压氧治疗疾病疗效的系统评价,其中有6篇Cochrance系统评价。研究结果显示高压氧对缺血性脑卒中、多发性硬化、急性冠状动脉综合征、突发性感觉神经性耳鸣、耳聋等多种疾病均具有一定程度的治疗效果,并且还可以加快患者慢性伤口的愈合速度,降低放射性损伤。讨论：高压氧在多种疾病的治疗中均有一定程度的治疗效果,不过目前相关的随机对照试验中的样本量都比较少,因此高压氧在多种疾病中的确切疗效和安全性等还需要更多大样本量的、设计严格的随机对照试验来进一步证明。Objective To investigate the clinical application status of hyperbaric oxygen in evidence-based treatment. Method The use of computer retrieval Chinese biomedical literature database（ CBM,2001 -2014）,Chinese journal full text database（ 2001 -2014）and the Cochranc Library（ 2014 second）,analysis,randomized controlled trials and systematic evaluation in search related Meta,and their inclusion in the literature analysis,summary and evaluation. Results A total of 7 high quality articlesrelated on the system evaluation were retrieved,which about hyperbaric oxygen treatment（ HBOT） in curative effect of disease,including 6 Cochrance system evaluations. The results of the study showed that HBOT had a certain therapeutic effect on ischemic stroke,multiple sclerosis,acute coronary syndrome,sudden sensorineural tinnitus and deafness and other diseases,and can also speed up the chronic wound healing in patients,reduce the radiation injury. Conclusion Hyperbaric oxygen have a certain therapeutic effect in the treatment of various diseases,but at present the sample size of the relevant randomized controlled trials was relatively small,therefore the exact efficacy and safety of hyperbaric oxygen therapy in a variety of diseases are neededmore large sample and strictly designed randomized controlled trials to further proofed.
