摘　　要：目的:探讨小儿鼾症行低温等离子手术行之有效的临床护理思维与实践,以减少或预防术后出血、感染等并发症,使患儿围手术期护理更加安全、更加系统,促进患儿早日康复之目的。方法:连续收集近3个月100例小儿鼾症患儿行等离子手术的护理及并发症观察结果。结果:患儿术后均无发生出血、感染等并发症。结论:等离子技术虽然有精确度高、副损伤小优点,但行之有效的临床护理思维与实践是促进伤口愈合,防止术后出血感染等并发症及减少医患纠纷等同等重要的环节。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of nursing thinking and practice of using low temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation in the treatment of children with sleepapnea. In order to reduce or prevent bleeding infection and other complications. It make the perioperation nursing of children more systematic safety and get the children get win soon be restored to health. Method 100 cases of OSAHS were treated by low temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation and the clinical data of these cases were also prospectively analyzed. Results The application of low temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation was safe and effective in the patients with little pain and bleeding during operation,there were no infections in any of the cases during perioperation. Conclusion Although the low temperature controlled plasma radio frequency ablation is definitely and safely,effective on snoring,the clinical nursing thinking and practice is effective to promote wound healing,preventing the important link of postoperative bleeding complications such as infection and reduce medical disputes.
