标杀对地面游离蚤现场杀灭效果试验及评估

摘　　要：目的观察杀虫剂标杀(10%高效氯氟氰菊酯可湿性粉剂)现场对地面游离蚤的杀灭效果。方法蚤指数测定采用水盘法。灭蚤药物现场试验,在景洪市景呐乡选取相邻的、居民生活环境相似的3个自然村,两个村为试验村,一个村为对照村,使用16型农用电动喷雾器进行滞留喷洒,喷洒到地面及1米高墙面,地湿而不流淌为宜。结果标杀使用浓度为0.15%时,对地面游离蚤及时灭效结果为:总蚤的灭效为93.13%,人蚤的灭效为90.33%,猫栉首蚤指名亚种的灭效为100.0%,印鼠客蚤的灭效为100.0%。标杀使用浓度为0.15%时,对地面游离蚤7日残效结果为:总蚤的灭效为95.11%,人蚤的灭效为93.12%,猫栉首蚤指名亚种的灭效为100.0%,印鼠客蚤的灭效为100.0%。结论标杀10%可湿性粉剂对地面游离蚤的杀灭效果较好,具高效速杀、残效好、低毒、对人畜安全等特点。Objective To observe the effect of pesticide Biaosha（10% lambda- cyhalothrin wettable powder） ondissociated fleas in the field, and to assess the result. Methods The flea index was measured by water-containing platemethod, with the field tests. Three natural villages were selected from Jinhong county, 2 as test group, 1 as contrastgroup. Using type 16 agricultural electric sprayer, spray to the ground and metope, 1 m high flowing wet advisable. Results The timely effect of 0.15% lambda- cyhalothrin： the total elimination rate of fleas was 93.13%, 90.33% to Pulex irritans,100.00% to Ctenocephalides felis felis, and 100.00% to Xenopsylla cheopis. The 7 d effect of 0.15% lambda-cyhalothrin： thetotal elimination rate of fleas was 95.11%, 93.12% to Pulex irritans, 100.00% to Ctenocephalides felis felis, and 100.00% toXenopsylla cheopis. Conclusion The effect of lambda-cyhalothrin to dissociated fleas is very good, efficient, low toxicity,and safe for human, and it can be used to control the plague in the field.
