摘　　要：目的探讨膀胱癌回肠导管术后患者造口护理自我效能及其影响因素。方法抽取101例膀胱癌回肠导管术后患者,对其调查,根据三元交互理论围绕患者个人因素(如社会人口学因素、心理状态)、行为因素(如造口护理行为)、外在环境(如家庭与社会支持)进行造口护理自我效能调查分析。结果患者造口护理自我效能得分为(70.92±21.92)分,患者能否接受造口、能否独立更换造口袋、造口知识主要来源于造口师、自我概念、患者造口护理技能是患者造口护理自我效能的影响因素。结论建议从加强人力资源的支持和培训、建立规范化的干预流程和延续机制、增强患者造口护理独立性等方面着手,提高患者的自我效能和远期生活品质。Objective To investigate stoma self - efficacy and the related factors in patients with ileal conduct after cystectomy. Methods Totally, 101 patients with ileal conduct after cystectomy were recruited by convenience sampling and their stoma self - efficacy levels were investigated. Questions about personal factors （such as general and psychological conditions） ,behavior factors（ such as stoma care behavior） and exterual environment factors（ such as family and social support） were set according to triadic theory, and data was analyzed using single factor and multiple linear regression. Results Stoma self - efficacy of patients with ileal conduct was （70.92 ± 21.92 ）. Patients accepted their stoma, could take care of the stoma all by themselves, stoma - related knowledge came from Enterostomal Therapist, self - concept and stoma - care skills were the related factors of self - efficacy of patients with ileal conduct. Conclusion It is suggested to strengthem the support of human resources and training, establish normalized intervention and continuing nursing process,improve stoma - care skills all by themselves, to improve patients＇self- efficacy and quality of life.
