临床医护人员对灭菌包合格性能的认知与执行情况调查

摘　　要：目的了解临床医护人员对灭菌包合格标识的认知情况和检查执行情况。方法采用自行设计的调查问卷对795名临床医护人员进行灭菌包合格性的认知及检查执行情况的调查。结果医生与护士对灭菌包合格性的认知与合格性检查执行情况均存在不足,且医生的认知与执行情况较护士差(P<0.01);科室性质与不同工龄的医护人员对灭菌包检查执行情况差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论医护人员对灭菌包合格性的认知不足,灭菌包使用前的合格性检查力度不够。应加强医护人员无菌包相关知识的培训,督促检查临床科室无菌包的管理和医护人员使用无菌包前的检查执行情况,确保医疗质量和医疗安全。Objective To investigate the clinical medical staff＇s cognition and inspection condition for qualified sterility packs. Methods Totally,795 medical staffs were surveyed with a self - designed questionnaire. Results Both doctors and nurses existed insufficiency on cognition and inspection condition of qualified sterility packs, and with doctors were worse than nurses （P 〈 0.01 ）. There was no statistical significance among medical staff in different departments and working time （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion Health care workers show poor cognition on qualified sterility packs, and checking is not enough before using them. Therefore, it＇s necessary to strengthen the training of medical personnel on related knowledge about sterility packs, supervise management of clinical departments on sterility packs and implementation of checking before using sterility packs among clinical medical staffs, so as to ensure medical quality and health care security.
