造口护理信息管理系统开发及应用

摘　　要：目的运用计算机信息技术对造口患者进行信息化管理。方法开发造口护理信息管理的应用软件,对76例造口皮肤并发症患者进行实践应用、基本信息收集、造口评分、造口皮肤并发症诊断及造口合并症诊断等。结果 76例患者经过干预,DET评分有明显降低(P<0.01),造口皮肤并发症前3位依次为:刺激性接触性皮炎(60.53%),造口周围组织增生(21.05%),过敏性皮炎(15.79%)。结论该系统采用评估量化工具,可提供准确造口诊断,增强患者治愈信心,建立造口人士信息管理。Objective To apply computer information technology on the management of colostomy patients. Metaoas Apphcatlon soltware oi colostomy patients information management was developed and applied in 76 patients with eolostomy complications of the skin,including basic information collection, colostomy score,colostomy complications diagnosis of the skin and eolostomy combinations diagnosis. Results The DET scores of 76 patients improved significantly after the intervention （ P 〈0.01 ） ,the colostomy complication rates of the skin from high to low were irritant dermatitis with 60, 53% ,colostomy surrounding tis- sue hyperplasia with 21.05% ,and allergic dermatitis with 15.79%. Conclusion Colostomy patients information manager system uses quantitative assessment tool to provide accurate eolostomy diagnosis, enhance cure confidence of patients and establish colostomy personnel information management.
