个案管理对控制糖尿病患者心血管疾病危险因素的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析个案管理对控制糖尿病患者心血管疾病危险因素的效果。方法选取2013年9月至2014年8月120例糖尿病患者为对象,将其随机分组,其中对照组60例患者接受常规护理,实验组60例患者接受个案管理。比较两组患者血压、血脂指标和随访期间心血管疾病发生率的差异。结果实验组患者收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、甘油三酯等指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。验组患者随访期间心血管疾病不良事件发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论对糖尿病患者手术个案管理,有助于控制高血压、高血脂等心血管疾病危险因素,减少心血管疾病的发生风险。Objective To evaluate the effect of case management on risk factors of cardiovascular disease in patients with diabetes mallitus. Methods Totally, 120 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received case management. The blood pressure, blood lipid index and adverse cardiovascular events rate were compared. Results The systolic blood pressure （ SBP）, diastolic blood pressure （DBP）, total cholesterol （TC）, triglyceride（TG） and other indicators were significantly lower in the experimental group than those of the control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was significantly lower in the experimental group than that of the control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Case management for diabetic patients contributes to cardiovascular disease risk factors such as hypertension, high blood lipid control and can reduce the risk of adverse cardiovascular events.
