摘　　要：目的:本研究旨在用资料法与调查法了解密云县社区药师药学服务现状,分析总结影响药学服务的因素,为进一步完善社区药师职能提出对策建议。方法:采用调查法与资料法。调查法,对截至2014年年底密云县基层19家社区卫生服务中心药师现状及所完成工作进行访谈及问卷调查。资料法,药师相关法规,规范性文件和管理办法及密云县药事检查考核现场检查及指导资料。结果:社区药师职称结构偏低,多种因素限制了药师工作的开展。结论:药师在社区有着不可或缺的作用,但是存在很多困境,除自身加强学习,不断充实自己的业务知识和技能,还需要主管部门的重视、上级医院的帮助才能发挥应有的作用。Objective： the aim of this study was to use data method and survey method to understand the current situation of pharmaceutical care in community pharmacists in Miyun, and summarize the impact factors analysis of pharmaceutical care, to put forward countermeasures and suggestions to further improve the function of community pharmacists. Methods： by using the method of investigation and data method, investigation method, to the end of 2014 at the basic level of Miyun 19 community health service centers＇ status and the work of the interview and the questionnaire survey. Data method, pharmacists＇ regulations, normative documents and management measures and the 2014 Miyun pharmaceutical inspection on-site inspection and guidance were investigated. Results： Community pharmacists in the title structure are low, and a variety of factors limit the pharmacists work. Conclusion： the pharmacists play an indispensable role in the community, but there are many difficulties, in addition to strengthen their own learning, constantly enrich their business knowledge and skills, but also need to pay attention to, the higher the hospital department for help in order to play its due role.
