地方高校硕士研究生对导师责任心评价的实证分析——以湖北省某地方高校为例

摘  要:加强研究生导师队伍的责任是提高研究生培养质量的重要手段。通过198份在校研究生问卷调查,利用有序Logistic模型分析硕士研究生对导师责任心的评价。结果显示:研究生对导师责任心的感受随研究生年级提高下降,导师的责任心与导师的科研水平呈显著正向关系,研究生的学术水平与导师的责任心呈显著正向关系。为此,建议严格研究生导师遴选条件,导师必须主持相应课题;实行研究生导师评聘分离,按照课题安排指导任务;严格研究生导师聘期考核,建立导师常态淘汰机制。Strengthening the postgraduate tutors' responsibility is an important means to improve the quality of graduate students.Through the questionnaire survey of 198 graduate students in the school,and using the ordered Logistic model,the author has drawn the following conclusions.Firstly,the feeling of graduate students on the sense of responsibility of their tutors decreases with the increase of the grade.Secondly,there is a significant positive relationship between the postgraduate tutors' responsibility and scientific research level.Thirdly,the academic level of graduate students is significantly and positively related to the responsibility of their tutors.Therefore,the author suggests that the selection condition of the postgraduate tutors should be strictly selected,and the tutors must preside over the appropriate subject.At the same time,the evaluation and engagement of the postgraduate tutors should be separated,and the guiding tasks should be arranged according to their projects.In addition,we should be strict assessment of the postgraduate tutors' employment terms and establish a normal elimination mechanism for the tutors.
