摘  要:随着矿井煤炭产量持续提高,储煤仓发火事故时有发生,事故没有得到有效的遏制,给矿井的安全高效开采带来了巨大的压力。为解决特大型储煤仓煤自燃发火问题,对储煤仓发火原因进行了详细的分析,并制定出2种方案。通过对比分析,最终采用了高速水雾喷头在放煤口放煤灭火的方法,处理特大型储煤仓发火问题。结果表明:利用高速水雾喷头在放煤口放煤灭火的方法,需要人员少,材料成本低,操作简单,处理速度快。为有效避免储煤仓煤炭自燃发火,应做到:一是减少仓内漏风量;二是缩短仓内煤炭的滞留时间,从源头上预防和消除储煤仓发火事故。With the increase in output of coal mine, fire at the storage bunker is more. The accidents have not yet been effectively curbed, it has brought enormous pressure to safety and efficient coal min- ing. The coal storage bunker of Guojiahe coal mine is silo structure with a capacity of 33 000 tons and ranked among the top domestic. In this paper, the spontaneous combustion causes of coal storage were analyzed, two schemes were formulated, and they are compared from five aspects of cost, process, posi- tion, personnel and cycle. The results show that compared to the way of using good inerting performance liquid carbon dioxide, the way of using high speed spray nozzle in gob shield has advantages of short cy- cle, less personnel and costs with easy to operate in fire prevention.
