摘 要:背景:目前,骨关节炎(OA)的诊断主要依靠临床表现及影像学检查,针对OA早期的病变标志物研究较少,其早期诊断相对困难,因此需进一步研究探索OA的具体病因及发病机制。目的:观察硫酸氨基葡萄糖(GS)对膝OA患者血清及关节液基质金属蛋白酶类(MMPs)及PGE2的影响。方法:2011年3月至2012年9月在我院住院诊断为膝OA患者56例,随机分为两组各28例,分别为GS(500 mg/次,tid)组和对照组,连续给药12周,ELISA法检测治疗前后血清及关节液MMP-3、MMP-13和PGE2水平,并进行比较和分析。结果:经过12周治疗后,GS组患者血清MMP-3、MMP-13和PGE2水平显著下降,与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:GS治疗膝OA的疗效与能抑制膝OA患者血清及关节液MMP-3、MMP-13和PGE2水平有关。Background: The diagnosis of osteoarthritis relies mainly on clinical manifestations and imaging examination. There are few researches about biomarkers related to early osteoarthritis, and it is relatively difficult to diagnose early osteoarthritis.Therefore, it is necessary to further explore the etiology and pathogenesis of osteoarthritis.Objective: To evaluate the effect of glucosamine sulfate(GS) on serum and synovia matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs) and prostaglandin E2(PGE2) levels in patients with knee osteoarthritis.Methods: Fifty-six patients with knee osteoarthritis admitted to our hospital between March 2011 and September 2012 were randomly divided into GS group(500 mg, tid) and control group(n=28). After 12- week treatment, the levels of MMP- 3,MMP-9 and PGE2 in the serum and synovia were detected by enzyme linked immurosorbent assay(ELISA).Results: Compared with those in the control group, the levels of MMP-3, MMP-9 and PGE2 in the serum and synovia were significant decreased in the GS group after treatment(P〈0.05).Conclusions: GS is useful to treat knee osteoarthritis by decreasing the MMP-3, MMP-9, and PGE2 in serum and synovia.
