摘  要:本研究对田间试验林中8年生转基因741杨与非转基因741杨木材物理力学性质进行了对比分析。结果表明,转基因741杨的横纹抗压比例极限应力除了全部弦向略低于非转基因741杨外,干缩性、抗弯强度、顺纹抗压强度转基因741杨均高于非转基因741杨。除了干缩性差异不显著外,大部分性质差异显著,均达0.01极显著水平。抗弯强度、抗弯弹性模量、顺纹抗压强度和木材横纹全部径向抗压极限应力差异达0.01极显著水平。绝干密度、弦面握钉力和冲击韧性差异达0.05显著水平。其余性质的差异并不显著。A comparative study on the physical and mechanical properties of the transgenic hybrid poplar 741 andpoplar 741 with 8 years was made. The result shows that except the ultimate stress of chordwise anti-press ratio oftransgenic hybrid poplar 741 is slightly lower than that of poplar 741, the dry-shrinkage property, flexural behav-ior, andthere arecompression along the grain are higher than that of poplar 741. Except of the dry-shrinkage property,significant differences among most other properties. The MOR, MOE, crushing strength and timber hori-zontal line complete radial anti-bending limiting stress are significant differences with the level of 0.01. The uniquedry density, the strength of nail holding ability of string surface and the strength of the tenacity of striking are atsignificant differences with the level of 0.05. The differences of the other properties are not significant.
