摘 要:为探讨马尾松组培苗的苗期生长规律及其野外生长潜力,以马尾松组培苗为试验材料,采用容器育苗和野外造林2种方法,研究了其苗期生长及野外造林试验的表现。结果表明,马尾松组培苗苗期高生长呈高度拟合的一元二次曲线,移栽早期生长较为缓慢,而移栽5个月后生长明显加快。与国家标准I级松树实生苗苗高相比,移栽后7个月,马尾松组培苗苗高达25.9 cm,超过1年生马尾松、华山松实生苗苗高的29.5%;组培苗移栽8个月后,其苗高达30.5 cm,超过1年生湿地松、火炬松及古巴加勒比松实生苗苗高的1.7%。相较实生苗,马尾松组培苗野外造林的成活率、保存率较高,生长表现最佳。造林后1年马尾松的组培苗树高、地径生长比实生苗分别增加138.9%和252.7%,高径比减少32.3%。这说明,马尾松组培苗生长迅速,苗木粗壮,环境适应性强,能有效缩短育苗周期,提高造林成效,具有广阔的应用前景。This study was conducted to explore the growth law of tissue cultured seedlings in Pinus massoniana and its field growth potential the approach of container seedling and field afforestation. Results showed that height growth of tissue cultured seedlings in P. massoniana was well matched with one-variables quadratic curve. The seedlings grew slowly at the early stage of transplanting, while rapidly grew after 5 months. In comparison with the national standard I, the height of tissue cultured seedling of P. massoniana was 25.9 cm after 7 months of trans- plantation, over 29.5 % higher than that of 1-year-old tree seedling of P. massoniana and P. armandi. The height of tissue cultured seedling of P. massoniana was 30. 5 cm after 8 months of transplantation, over 1.7 % higher than that of 1-year-old tree seedlings of P. elliottii, P. taeda and P. caribaea. After 1-year afforestation, the survival and preservation rate of tissue cultured seedlings of P. massoniana were better than those of tree seedlings. The growth of height and caliper increased 138.9 % and 252. 7 %, respectively, and the height-to-diameter ratio de- creased 32.3 %. This study showed that tissue cultured seedlings of P. massoniana would grow fast and be able to adapt environment well. Since it could shorten the period of raising seedling and improve afforestation effective- ness, tissue cultured seedlings in P. massoniana has a wide application prospect
