摘 要:云南锦斑蛾是云南樱花的一个重要食叶害虫,为揭示其幼虫的行为、习性及活动规律以及确定其在林间的适宜抽样调查方法。应用聚集度指数法、线形回归方程检验法、频次分布检验研究探讨了云南锦斑蛾的空间分布型及抽样技术。结果表明,云南锦斑蛾的空间分布型属聚集型的负二项分布。在了解云南锦斑蛾空间分布型的基础上,利用Iwao的m*-m回归方程,建立了精度为0.1和0.2时的理论抽样数表,在幼虫为1头/株、2头/株、4头/株时,其累计虫口数的上、下限分别为485和121,274和69,169和42。利用Iwao提出的序贯抽样模式制定列出序贯抽样表。为野外抽样调查、密度估计及预测预报提供了依据。Achelura yunnanensis is a serious defoliator of the Cerasus spp.. To reveal its larvae' s behavior, habitsand activity patterns and determine appropriate sampling method among the forest, relevant methods such as the ag-gregation indices, liner regression analysis and comparative frequency were used. The results showed that its spa-tial distribution pattern fitted in a negative binomial distribution and belonged to the aggregated distribution. On thebasis of understanding the spatial distribution pattern of the Achelura yunnanensis, and by using Iwao m * -m regres-sion equation, a theoretical sampling list with precision of 0. 1 and 0. 2 was set up. The upper limit and lower limitof accumulated larvae for 1, 2 and 4 larvae per tree were 485 and 121, 274 and 69, 169 and 42 respectively. Asequential sampling list was proposed based upon Iwao' s s sequential sampling mode in this paper, and it couldprovide some references on field sampling survey and density prediction.
