张氏点穴疗法结合电针颈椎病穴治疗肩周炎急性期63例临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨张氏点穴疗法配合电针颈椎病穴疗法治疗肩周炎急性期的疗效。方法将63例病人随机分为张氏点穴疗法配合电针组（观察组）33例和常规电针组（对照组）30例。2组分别采用张氏点穴疗法配合电针和常规电针治疗，每日治疗1次，7目为一个疗程，连续治疗2个疗程后，系统观察张氏点穴疗法结合电针治疗肩周炎的疗效，比较治疗前后肩关节疼痛疗效及肩关节功能评分的变化。结果肩周炎急性期患者观察组与对照组治疗前后肩关节疼痛疗效及肩关节功能评价比较异有显著性意义（P均〈0．05）。结论张氏点穴疗法能有效缓解肩周炎急性期的肩关节疼痛，并能明显改善肩关节功能活动的作用。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Zhang＇s Acupoint Therapy in the treatment of acute periarthritis. Methods 63 cases of patients were randomly divided into 2 groups. 33 cases in the observation group were treated with electroacupuncture combined with Zhang＇s Acupoint Therapy. 30 cases in the control group were treated with routine eleetroacupuncture. Two groups were treated once a day. One treatment course was 7 days. After 2 courses of treat- ment,the therapeutic effect of electroacupuncture combined with Zhang＇s Acupoint Therapy in the treatment of acute periarthritis were observed systematically, The shoulder joint function scores after treatment were compared with those before treatment. Results The difference was statistically significant between the observation group and the control group （P〈20.05）. Conclusion Zhangrs Aeupoint Therapy can effectively alleviate the shoulder joint pain in acute periarthritis, and can obviously improve the shoulder joint function.
