普米克都保长期吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效观察及其对患儿生长发育和血浆皮质醇的影响

摘　　要：目的观察分析普米克都保长期吸入治疗小儿哮喘的临床疗效，以及药物对患儿生长发育和血浆皮质醇的影响。方法选择2014年1月至2015年1月期间在我院进行治疗的60例小儿哮喘患者为研究对象，采用回顾性分析法观察分析所选患儿的临床资料，给予患儿均采用普米克都保气雾剂（布地奈德气雾剂）进行长期吸入治疗，观察其治疗效果，对患儿生长发育和血浆皮质醇的影响情况。结果治疗的总有效率为90．0％，惠儿的身高，体重等生长发育情况以及血浆皮质醇指标与正常儿童差异不具有统计学意义。结论普米克都保长期吸入治疗小儿哮喘疗效显著，不会对患儿的生长发育和血浆皮质醇造成不良影响，具有临床推广的应用价值。Objective To observe and analysis of the pulmicort turbuheler Long-term inhalation therapy on treatment of infantile asthma and its impact on the growth and development of children and plasma cortisol. Methods Choose 60 cases of pediatric asth- ma patients in our hospital from January 2014 to January 2015 during as the research object, using the method of retrospective,ob- servation analysis the clinical data of the selected children,give the child all use pulmicort turbuheler aerosol inhalation treatment for a long time,to observe the treatment effect,influence on children growth and plasma cortisol. Results The total effective rate was 90.0 %, the childrs height and weight growth situation and plasma cortisol indexes such as no statistically significant difference with the normal children. Conclusion two times propionate chlorine long-term inhaled treatment of pulmicort turbuheler effect is dis- tinct,not for children＇s growth and adverse impact on plasma cortisol,has clinical application value.
