注射用头孢唑啉钠治疗呼吸道感染260例临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨注射用头孢唑啉钠治疗呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法选取2010年1月至2014年6月我院收治并诊断为呼吸道感染的260例患者作为观察对象，采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组，每组130例，两组患者均给予常规治疗，观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上注射头孢唑啉钠进行治疗，观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果观察组和对照组两组患者经过治疗之后，观察组患者的痊愈率为64．61％（84／130），总有效率为94．62％（123／130），细菌总清除率为80．89％（38／47）；对照组患者的痊愈率为49．23%（64／130），总有效率为80．77％（105／130），细菌总清除率为55．32％（26／47）。对比观察组与对照组的临床总有效率以及细菌的总清除率，P〈0．05，具有统计学意义。结论注射用头孢唑啉钠治疗呼吸道感染效果显著，安全性高，值得推广及应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical curative effect of cefazolin sodium for injection in the respiratory tract infections. Methods Selected 260 patients who with respiratory tract infections from January 2010 to June 2014 in our hospital,they were di vided into control group and observation group by using the random number table method, 130 cases in each group. The control group received conventional treatment,the observation group received additional cefazolin sodium for injection on the basis of con- ventional treatment, The clinical effect between the two groups were compared. Results After the treatment, for the recovery rate was 64.61%（84/130） ,the total clinical effective rate was 94.62%（123/130） ,the bacterial total clearance rate was 80.89%（38/ 47） ;For the control group,the recovery rate was 49.23%（64/130）,the total effective rate was 80.77%（105/130）,the bacterial total clearance rate was 55.32% （26/47）. Compare the total effective rate and bacterial total clearance rate in the two groups,P〈0.05,there had significant difference in these aspects. Conclusion For patients with respiratory tract infections,the additional use of cefazolin sodium for injection in the conventional treatment can achieve better clinical curative effect, it is worthy to apply in clinic.
