纤维蛋白原检测对小儿鼻出血诊断的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究纤维蛋白原检测对小儿鼻出血诊断的应用价值。方法将我院近年收治的小儿鼻出血90例随机均分为2组,常规组进行血常规、肝肾等常规检测,研究组在常规组基础上进行纤维蛋白原检测,诊断2组的致病因,比较2组诊断率。结果研究组诊断率91.1%高于常规组的77.8%(P=0.026 9),常规组未检测出血液病,研究组检测出9例。结论小儿鼻出血在常规临床检测的基础上配合以纤维蛋白原检测能提高致病因诊断率,避免血液病等致病因的误诊、漏诊。Objective To study the application value of ifbrinogen detection in diagnosis of children with nasal bleeding. Methods 90 cases of children with nasal bleeding which were treated by the hospital in recent years into 2 groups, the routine group take the routine examination such as blood routine, liver and kidney, etc., based on the routine group ,the research group take the ifbrinogen detection , diagnosis and compared the disease cause between the two groups.Results The diagnosis rate of the study group was signiifcantly higher than that of the conventional group 77.8% （P=0.026 9）, blood disease was not detected in the routine group, the study group was detected in 9 cases.Conclusion The clinical detection of children with nasal bleeding take the ifbrinogen detection can improve the diagnosis rate, to avoid the cause of blood diseases and other causes of misdiagnosis, missed diagnosis.
