舒芬太尼复合地佐辛对结直肠癌患者术后镇痛中的效果体会

摘　　要：目的：探讨舒芬太尼复合地佐辛对结直肠癌患者术后镇痛效果。方法选取2013年7月～2015年7月于本医院治疗的择期行结直肠癌根治手术患者60例，随机分为两组即对照组患者（30例）术后给予芬太尼＋地佐辛镇痛，观察组患者（30例）术后采用舒芬太尼＋地佐辛复合给患者镇痛，通过比较两组患者在不同时间点的VAS评分。结果采用舒芬太尼复合地佐辛对结直肠癌患者术后镇痛效果比较均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论采用上述方法可得临床不良反应较少且临床效果优于芬太尼＋地佐辛。Objective To investigate the effect of sufentanil combined with dezocine analgesia on postoperative patients with colorectal cancer. MethodsFrom July 2013 to July 2015 in the hospital, treatment of patients undergoing radical resection of rectal cancer surgery patients 60 cases were randomly divided into control group and observation group each 30 cases and control group of patients given fentanyl ＋ dezocine analgesia, the observation group were given sufentanil ＋ dezocine analgesia in patients were compared between the two groups at different time points of VAS scores were compared.ResultsThe sufentanil composite dezocine on colorectal cancer patients with postoperative analgesic effect is obvious, with statistical signiifcance （P〈0.05）.ConclusionThe method of clinical adverse reaction is less, and its clinical effect is obviously better than that of fentanyl ＋ dezocine.
