摘　　要：目的：通过对老年住院患者跌倒危险因素进行评估，实施预见性护理干预，探讨降低老年住院患者跌倒发生率的有效方法。方法自行设计跌倒危险因素评估表，采用单纯随机抽样方法，对2013年1月～2014年1月入住我院的65岁以上的老年住院患者进行跌倒危险因素的评估，实施预见性护理措施干预。结果通过对老年住院患者跌倒危险因素的评估，及时实施预见性护理干预。能有效的降低老年住院患者跌倒率。结论通过对老年住院患者进行跌倒危险因素的评估，实施预见性护理干预，有效防止住院期间跌倒的发生，此做法对于提高老年人的身体健康和生活质量有重要意义。Objective To investigate the effective ways to reduce the occurrence of falls of elderly inpatients by the assessment of risk and predictive nursing.Methods Designing the form of risk assessment of falls and put to use among the elderly inpatients（age＆gt;65） selected by Simple Random Sampling Method in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2014. Discussing the relevant factors then put the predictive nursing into effect.Results Discovered the potential risk factors timely and effectively and make the necessary prevention and treatment via the assessment of risk factors of falls of elderly inpatients. The implementation of predictive nursing reduce the incidence of falls of elderly inpatients. Conclusion Take the related measures from the possible relevant risk of assessment to prevent the falls of elderly inpatients. The predictive nursing make sense of improving the health and life quality of elders.
