摘　　要：目的探讨护理风险管理对护患纠纷的影响。方法对我院在护理实践工作中存在的风险因素进行分析总结,使护理人员认识到对护理风险管理,对防范护患纠纷的重要性。结果提高护理人员对风险的防范意识,充分认识护理风险的重要性,健全和规范各项护理制度和流程,可以有效的规避护患纠纷的发生。结论要以法律为基础,增强护理人员的风险意识,规范护理行为和语言,有效进行护患沟通,才能保障患者的健康和生命安全,避免差错护理和医疗事故的发生,从而减少护患纠纷,提高护理服务质量。Objective To explore the impact of nursing risk management on the nurse patient disputes.Methods The risk factors in nursing practice in our hospital were analyzed and summarized, so that the nursing staff recognized the importance of nursing risk management, to prevent the dispute.Results To improve the nursing staff＆#39;s awareness of risk prevention, fully understand the importance of nursing risks, improve and standardize the nursing system and process, can effectively avoid the occurrence of nurse patient disputes.ConclusionBased on the law, enhance the risk awareness of the nurses, regulate the behavior and language, effectively carry out nurse patient communication, in order to protect the health and safety of patients, to avoid the occurrence of error care and medical accidents, so as to reduce the disputes and improve the quality of nursing service.
