摘　　要：随着医院信息系统建设水平的进一步提升,我国医院的病案管理信息化建设进程更加深入。病案管理工作人员通过使用条形码、数码等技术完成工作。岗位的不同就要求使用不同性质的管理系统,主要包括病案编目系统、身份登记系统、病案数字化管理系统、病案质量检查系统以及多病案流通系统,各个系统的顺利运行进一步实现了病案信息资源的共享,扩宽了资料服务的范围,从根本上减少了病案丢失以及病案损坏情况,有效提升了病案对外的使用效率以及病案管理工作的质量以及管理水平,从根本上转变了病案管理工作的方法,病案管理模式出现明显的转变。With the construction of hospital information system to further enhance the level of medical record management in our hospital, the realization of the process more in-depth information construction. The staff of medical record management to success-fully complete the work through the use of bar code, digital technology, management system requires the use of different positions of the different nature of the medical records, including cataloging system, registration system, digital medical record management system, medical record quality inspection system and the circulation system, the smooth operation of the system and further realize the sharing the medical record information resources, broaden the scope of the operation of information service, so as to reduce the loss of medical records and medical damage, effectively improve the efficiency in the use of foreign medical records and medical record management quality and management level, the method of medical record management fundamentally change, promote the medical record management mode significantly change.
