摘　　要：医疗体制的改革对医院财务管理工作提出了更高的要求。文章首先剖析了在医疗体制改革下,医院财务管理工作面对的挑战,接着阐述了当前医院财务管理工作的现状和问题,最后对医疗体制改革背景下医院管理办法的改进提出几点建议。希望为医院财务管理提供理论依据。The reform of the health care system for hospital financial management put forward higher requirements. The article first analyzes the challenges and trends in health care reform, hospital financial management to face, and then describes the current status and problems of hospital financial management, and finally to improve hospital management approach to health care reform under the background of a few recommendations. I hope to provide a theoretical basis for hospital financial management.
