摘　　要：目的该文就当前医院耗材管理中存在的问题进行分析,并结合个人实践经验提出应对措施。方法结合医院的基本情况,从目录管理、二级管理、使用管理和临床管理信息系统与HIS系统进行科学的对接为切入点,有针对性的提出应对方法。结果通过对耗材管理中各种问题的发掘及右针对性的提出应对方法,医院耗材管理逐步体现科学化,使用的效率也会随着时间的推移而逐步提高。结论医院耗材能否实现安全科学的使用将直接影响到医疗工作的有效性和病人的生命健康安全,对于该环节的相关管理工作中存在的不足有必要进行深入性的发掘和调整。Objective To the existing hospital consumables management problems are analyzed, and puts forward some measures of personal experience. Methods The basic methods of hospital management, from the directory, two level management, use management and clinical management informationsystem and HIS system of docking as a starting point, puts forward the method of coping. Results The by exploring and right of various supplies management problems in proposed coping methods, scientific gradually reflect the hospital consumables management, use efficiency will gradually increase over time. Conclusion Hospital supplies can achieve scientific safety will directly affect the effectiveness of medical work and the patient＇s health and safety, the problems for the management of the link in it is necessary to explore and adjust the depth of the.
