摘　　要：目的了解吉林市昌邑区居民死亡率及死亡原因,为制订卫生政策提供科学依据。方法对2014年吉林市昌邑区居民死亡监测数据进行分析。结果 2014年监测656 757人次,报告死亡3 697例,死亡率562.91/10万。其中男性为655.40/10万,女性468.28/10万;〈1岁为716.80/10万,1～4岁为0,5～14岁为8.98/10万,15～19岁为12.74/10万,以后随着年龄的增大死亡率明显上升。前3位死因,全部居民、男性及女性均是心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统疾病。结论心血管疾病、恶性肿瘤、呼吸系统是吉林市昌邑区居民的主要死因。Objective To examine the mortality rate and causes of death among urban residents in Ji Lin city changyi district, So as to provide scientific basic for health policy making.Methods Analysia was made on mortality date among urban residents in Ji Lin city changyi district, 2014.Results In 2014, 656757 were investigated,in which 3697 died, The mortality rate in 2014 was562.91/105. The mortality rate for males was 655.40/105,for females was 468.28/105,for 0 years old infants was 716.80/105,for1～4 years old children was 0,and for 5～14 years old children was 8.98 /105,and for 15 ～19 years old children was 12.74/105.when the people were older thaw 19,the mortality rate increased with age.The top there causes of death the whole residents.males and females were Vascular disease,cancer and disease of respiratory system. Conclusion Vascular, cancer and disease of respiratory system are the main cause of mortality among urban residents in Ji Lin city changyi. District.
