摘  要:目的探讨品管圈活动对出院患者在第三方满意度调查结果的影响。方法在该院妇幼中心成立"品管圈",并对9个护理单元在品管圈活动实施前后开展满意度调查。结果实施品管圈活动后,出院患者第三方调查总体满意度由87.5%上升到95.6%,各项考量指标满意度也明显上升,与实施品管圈活动之前相比,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论品管圈活动的有效开展能够显著提高出院患者在第三方调查中的满意度,促进临床护理质量的提高。Objective To study the quality control circle activities of discharged patients in the influences of the third party satisfaction survey. Methods In our hospital was set up quality management circle, women's and children's center, and the nine nursing unit satisfaction survey, statistical quality control circle activities before and after the implementation of the third party satisfac-tion survey. Results After the implementation of quality management circle activity, the hospital patients with third party survey overall satisfaction from 95.6% to 95.6%, the measure indicators satisfaction also increased significantly, compared with the prior to the implementation of quality management circle activity, P〈0.05, with statistical significance. Conclusion The effective development of quality management circle activity can significantly out of the hospital patient satisfaction in the third party survey, im-prove the quality of clinical nursing.
