摘　　要："健商"是健康商数(HQ,Health Quotient)的缩写,是反映健康才智,评估个人健康的全新方法。体育选修课是高校体育教学的重要组成部分,对于大学生体育习惯的养成,体育意识的培养,健康生活方式的形成有非常重要作用。通过对健商涵义的解读,分析体育选修课倡导健商理念的必要性及探讨体育选修课培养学生健商的主要途径。包括:提高教师健商素养,建立学生档案,合理安排教学内容,运用成功体育教学模式,课堂教学与课外教学相结合,积极的评价和反馈,加强校园文化建设。＂HQ＂ is the abbreviation of health quotient.It＇ s a reflection of health intelligence,new methods of health assessment of individual.Sport elective course is an important part of college physical education for college students＇ sports habits,the cultivation of sport,has a very important role in the shaping of a healthy lifestyle.Through the interpretation of the meaning of health quotient,analysis of sports elective course necessity of advocating health quotient concept and explore the main ways of sports elective course to cultivate students＇ health quotient.Including：to improve teachers＇ health quotient literacy,the establishment of student archives,reasonable arrangement of teaching content,using the successful physical teaching mode,the positive evaluation and feedback.
