摘  要:针对综采工作面粉尘浓度高、治理难的问题,提出了综采工作面立体式高压喷雾降尘技术。在分析工作面粉尘产生特点和扩散规律的基础上,设计了高压喷雾降尘装置,并对装置喷嘴选型和喷射方向进行了研究。利用高压喷雾降尘、二次负压降尘、尘源跟踪喷雾降尘等多种降尘技术和设备,从不同方位喷向降尘区域,进而形成立体、密实的喷雾雾粒区域,实现了高压喷雾高效降尘的目的,总粉尘降尘效率达到92.0%,呼吸性粉尘降尘效率为78.1%,改善了工作面的作业环境。To aim at the problem of the high dust concentration which was difficult to control in the fully mechanized face, a dust suppression technology by spatial high-pressure water spray was put forward in this paper. Based on the analysis of the formation features and dispersion regularity of dust in the working face, a dust suppression device by high-pressure water spray was designed, in the meantime, study was carried out on the selection of spray nozzles and their injection direction. A variety of dust suppression technologies and equipment such as high-pressure water spray, secondary negative pressure, water spray following dust source and so on were adopted to spray water into the dust area from different directions, which thus formed a spatial and dense water mist area, as a result, the purpose of efficient dust suppression by high-pressure water spray was achieved, the removal efficiency of total dust reached 92. 0% and that of respirable dust was 78. 1%, and the working environment was greatly improved.
