摘  要:为了便于开展在物理力学性质和吸附性能方面与原煤相似度较高的突出模拟相似材料配比试验研究,对粉煤成型机理以及冷压型煤强度影响因素的研究成果进行了梳理,概括了现有粉煤冷压成型机理,重点分析了粉煤粒度及组成、成型压力、成型水分和粘结剂对冷压型煤强度的影响规律,并在此基础上对煤与瓦斯突出模拟试验型煤制作工艺进行了优化,对后续型煤强度影响因素研究前景进行了展望,为大尺寸突出煤相似模拟材料配比制作及其工艺研究提供参考。Analysis was made on the research results of the briquetting mechanism of the fine coal and the influence factors of cold-pressed briquette strength in order to carry out the experimental study on the proportion of the outburst simulation similar materials having higher similarity with the raw coal in aspects of physical and mechanics properties and the adsorption performance, the existing cold-pressed forming mechanisms of the fine coal were summarized, analysis was focused on the influence rule of grain size and composition of the fine coal, the forming pressure, the forming moisture and binder on the cold-pressed briquette strength, based on this, the manufacturing process of the cold-pressed briquettes used for the simulation test of coal and gas outburst was optimized, and finally, prospect was made on the follow-up study of the influence factors of the briquette strength, all of these provided reference for the research of proportioning and manufacturing process of large-size similar material for simulating outburst coal.
