医药卫生类“三校生”技能考试的组织与实施

摘　　要：探讨大规模医药卫生类"三校生"技能考试的组织与实施方法.回顾云南省首次医药卫生类"三校生"技能考试的全过程,总结成功经验,分析存在不足,提出改进措施.大规模医药卫生类"三校生"技能考试需科学设定考试流程.采取3站内外循环单向行走式模式,引导员导引法,现场抽题,考官、志愿者统一培训等方法可以提高技能考试效率,有效防止泄题,保障考试公平性.建议今后可按专业分类进行技能考试,适当增加考题难度,采用真人加模型作为测试对象,以提高考试的科学性及技能型人才的选拔水平.In order to explore the methods of organization and implementation of large-scale medical and Health vocational skills examina-tion,the successful experience is summarized and the existing problems are analyzed to put forward some improvement measures by revie-wing the whole process of the first medical and health skills test of students from professional technical and polytechnic schools in Yunnan Province.Three stations with inside and outside circulation and one-way mode is taken in the examination.The measures,to be guided by guidance,selected testing questions on the spot and to train the examiners and volunteers together,can improve efficiency of the test,pre-vent releasing the topic effectively and guarantee the fairness of the examination.In the future,the professional skills test can be arranged according to the classification of student’s specialty.Besides the difficulty of the questions can be also increased appropriately,Except for those,the live actors and models can be used as the test object to improve the scientific exam and the selective level for technical talents.
