摘　　要：社区文化是现代社区发展的逻辑起点。社会资本从主观体验和情感需求方面为社区发展和社会建设提供了一个全新的维度。在社会资本的视野下,社区文化建设应该采取不同于以往的建设思路,并且对社区乃至社会治理发挥有益作用。要实现真正的社区发育,还应在社区文化建设时以积累社区社会资本、唤醒社区意识、增强社区认同为主要目标,使城市社区真正成为现代人栖息的精神家园。Community culture should be the logical starting point of the modern community development,and socialcapital,from both subjective experience and emotional need,provides a brand-new dimension for community develop-ment and social construction. From the perspective of social capital,the community cultural construction should takepaths different from those of the past and should benefit community governance and social governance as well. To achievereal community development,community cultural construction should take as its major objectives the accumulation ofcommunity capital,residents' community awareness,and increased community identity. The target is to turn urban communities into spiritual homes for modern dwellers.
