摘 要:以涤棉混纺纱为研究对象,基于五种定捻法和三种捻度稳定性评价方法,对定捻前后纱线的捻度稳定性进行了测试与分析.实验分析结果表明,改进临界扭结距离法测试的结果可重复性较高;煮纱定捻法的定捻效果最佳,但成本较高;蒸纱定捻法的定捻效果和成本均可接受;同时发现,对于同一定捻法,对高涤纶含量混纺纱的定捻效果较为明显.In this paper, three kinds of twist setting methods are employed to evaluate and compare the twisting setting based on polyester cotton blended yarns which are treated by five kinds of yarn twist setting. The experimental results show that the modified critical snarling distance method shows better repeatability. Yarn twist setting of boiling exhibits best effect, but highest cost. The effect and cost of yarn twist setting of steaming are all acceptable. The study also finds that effect of yarns twist setting for blen- ded yarns with high level of cotton is obvious, under the same twist setting.
