摘 要:运动性疲劳是长期因扰运动员的一个棘手问题,运动性中枢疲劳与神经递质的关系已成为体育科研人员研究的一个热点。对运动性中枢疲劳与神经逆质的关系、液质联用技术在神经递质检测方面的应用以及液质联用技术在运动性中枢疲劳研究中较其他检测技术的优越性进行综述,显示液质联用技术在运动性中枢疲劳研究中有着广泛的应用前景,促进对运动性中枢疲劳机制的认识和理解,以期为保障运动员处于最佳运动状态提供可靠的检测手段和科学的依据。Exercise fatigue is a thorny problem has long plagued the?athletes.The relationship between exercise-induced central fatigue and neurotransmitters has become a hot research in?sports scientific.The present review involved the relationship between exerciseinduced central fatigue and neurotransmitters,LC-MS technique application in the detection of neurotransmitter and the LC-MS technique superiority in the study of exercise-induced central fatigue in comparison with other detection techniques.It was shown that LC-MS technique has a broad application prospects in the study of exercise-induced central fatigue so as to promote awareness and understanding of the mechanism of exercise-induced fatigue,in order to provide a reliable detection methods and scientific basis to ensure the athletes in the best state of motion.
