摘 要:根据梭式止回阀的结构特点和工作原理,推导出梭式止回阀的边界条件,建立了完整的用于分析水力过渡过程的梭式止回阀水锤数学模型,通过编程计算分析了2种水力过渡过程。算例结果表明:(1)为了达到较好的水锤防护特性,阀门关闭时间应在2—3s之间为宜;(2)完全关阀后逆流量为零,可以防止泵飞逸反转;(3)在关闭的过程中,泵出口处的水锤压头随着阀门的关闭而不断地降低,具有较好的水锤防护特性。Its boundary conditions were derived based on the structure and operation properties of the shuttle-type check valve. The mathematic model of the fluid transient process of the shuttle-type check valve pipeline system was established. The two process of hydraulic transient were calculated. The results that obtained from calculating examples were as following: ( 1 ) The closing time of shuttle check valve should be between 2s and 3s for achieving better features of water hammer protection. (2)The shuttle-type check valve can prevent runaway reverse of pump because the closed reflux quantity is zero after the shuttle valve closed fully. (3) Pump outlet pressure head decreased constantly with the closing of the shuttle-type check valve. Therefore, the shuttle-type check valve may protect effectively water hammer.
