摘 要:大型水泵机组是大型泵站的关键设备。为了掌握机组的可靠耐久性,对机组故障进行了统计分析,遴选出机组关键易损部件:水泵导轴承、叶轮叶片、电机定子、电机推力轴承;确定主要失效模式:水泵导轴承磨损,叶片汽蚀、断裂,电机定子绝缘老化和推力轴承烧损。分析确定了各易损部件主要失效模式的失效判别标准。本文成果对提高大型水泵机组可靠耐久性,指导泵站维护管理,合理确定机组大修周期有重要意义。Large water pump units are key equipment of large pumping stations. In order to master the reliability and durability of the units, statistics analysis was performed about faults of the units ; the guide bearing of the pump, the blade of the impeller and the motor stator were selected as the key damageable parts; the main failure modes were determined as: wear of the guide bearing, cavitation and fracture of the blade, insulation aging of the motor stator and burnout of thrust bearings of the motor. The failure criteria of the key damageable parts were investigated and determined. The results of this paper is significant for improving the reliability and durability of large pump units, guiding maintenance and management of pump stations and determining rational overhaul cycle of pump units.
