摘  要:为有效利用农业生物质资源,以蓖麻秸秆为发酵原料,在恒温30℃条件下,探究直接用原料进行干发酵与用2%的氨水对原料进行预处理后再干发酵两种情况下的产气差异.实验结果表明,前者与后者的发酵周期分别为77d和67d,TS产气潜力分别为205mL/g和281 mL/g,VS产气潜力分别为213mL/g和292 mL/g,且直接发酵过程易出现酸化现象.可见,以蓖麻秸秆为原料进行干发酵产沼气是可行的,启动前用一定量的稀氨水预处理不仅可以提高产气潜力,还可避免酸化现象.In order to avoid the waste of agricultural biomass resources, this study explored the methane-producing differences of dry fermentation in both cases that directly ferment and ferment after pretreatment of 2% ammonia,which used castor stalk fermentation as raw material under the condition of constant temperature 30 ℃. The results showed that fermentation period were 77 d,67 d respectively and biogas potential were 205 mL/g(TS),281 rnL/g(VS) and 213 mL/g(TS), 292 mL/g(VS) respectively. Moreover,the former was prone to acidize. Obviously,it is feasible to use castor straw as raw material of dry fermentation to produce biogas. The pretreatment with a certain amount of dilute aqua ammonia for castor straw can not only improve the gas potential, but also avoid the phenomenon of acidification.
