摘　　要：目的在保证血液安全的前提下,最大限度的减少血液报废,促进无偿献血事业健康发展。方法统计分析血液检测不合格情况,观察各检测项目不合格导致的血液报废情况。制定相应措施,如加强血液采集前的献血者征询、严格血液采集前的筛查、增加检测项目等。结果通过采取以上的措施后,到2014年,检验总不合格数字由前4年平均为2127例,降至2014年的1228例,在总采血量基本相同情况下,报废数量净减少699例,效果比较明显。结论有效的降低血液检测不合格率,从而减少血液报废。Objective To guarantee the blood loss and promote the healthy development of blood donation industry in the premise of ensuring blood safety. Methods Statistical analysis of blood test unqualified situation, the detection of the project failed to lead to the blood scrap situation. Develop measures such as the blood collection before the blood donors consult,before the strict blood collection screening, increase the detection project, etc. Results Digital results by taking the above measures, to 2014, inspection is not qualified by 4 years ago for an average of 2127 cases, fell to 2014 from 1228, the total blood volume in the same case, scrap net quantity reduce 699, the effect is more obvious. Conclusion The effective rate of blood loss can be reduced and the blood loss can be reduced.
