摘　　要：药品的库存管理是医院工作的一项重要评佑指标。该研究分析了影响库存药品周转率的因素,提出运用药品分类管理的方法,对该院药房的药品进行分级控制,能够提高医院药房库存药品的周转率,降低资金占用成本。是一种科学的管理方法。Inventory management is an important evaluation index of hospital management. This paper analyzes the factors that affect the turnover rate of inventory management, and puts forward the method of drug classification management. It can improve the turnover rate of hospital pharmacy inventory and reduce the cost of capital. Is a scientific management method.
