摘　　要：医院的生存发展与护理形象有直接的关系,护理形象管理的内涵是发自内心的"病人至上"的理念,增强护理质量内涵,调动护理人员工作积极性。重视护理形象设计是现代医学护理发展的趋势,医院文化建设内容也包含了医护人员提高自身综合素质一项,塑造良好护理形象是医疗行业市场经济的需求,是护理管理人员需要面对的新课题。本文从护理形象设计出发,详细探讨了护理形象的意义,并在此基础上探讨了护理形象设计的要点及护理形象的定位。并对护理形象设计在护理管理中的实施提出了相应的策略。The survival and development of hospital image has a direct relationship with nursing, nursing the connotation of image management is from the heart of the idea of ＂patient first＂, to enhance nursing quality connotation, arouse the enthusiasm of nursing staff. Attaches great importance to the nursing image design is the trend of the development of the modern medical care, the hospital culture construction content also includes a medical staff to improve their comprehensive qualities. In modern hospital management, have entered a large amount of market operation and management mechanism, shaping a good image of nursing is the demand of market economy, the medical industry is nursing management needs to face the new task. This paper mainly discusses the significance of nursing image, to conduct the thorough research to the nursing main points of the image design, expounds the current nursing situation, to strengthen the nursing management of the importance of image, in view of the present study nursing problems of image design, put forward some management measures of nursing image.
