摘 要:目的探讨沟通技巧在新型护患关系建立过程中的应用和意义。方法选择2014年3月—2015年3月期间,在该院儿科住院的患者中,筛选临床资料完整的536例患者为研究对象,536例患者均接受临床护理,责任护士和患者进行沟通交流,建立新型护患关系。结果做好患者入院时的沟通、住院期间的沟通和出院时的沟通,有益于护患双方建立良好的护患关系。结论良好的沟通需要护士门拥有扎实的专业技能和相关的文化知识,良好的沟通技巧能使患者真正接受科学的、全方位的现代护理,有利于提高医疗质量和生活质量。正确的沟通技巧和沟通方式在维护和谐护患关系中具有重要意义。Objective To explore the application and significance of communication skills in the establishment of a new type of nurse patient relationship. Methods 2014 to March 2015 March, patients hospitalized in the Department of Pediatrics of our hospital and screening 536 patients with complete clinical data as the research object, 536 patients underwent clinical nursing, nurses and patients to communicate, to establish a new nurse patient relationship. Results Good communication and communication between the patients and the patients were good. Conclusion Good communication needs nurses have solid professional skills and relevant cultural knowledge and good communication skills to enable patients to really accept the scientific, a full range of modern nursing can improve the medical quality and the quality of life. The correct communication skills and communication methods are important in the maintenance of harmonious nurse patient relationship.
