摘　　要：目的对人文化护理在临床中的应用效果进行观察。方法按随机数字表法将2014年2月—2015年2月收治的88例住院患者分成对照组与观察组,前者予以传统护理,在此基础之上,后者予以人文化护理,观察临床护理效果。结果观察组患者的护理满意度、依从率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对住院患者采取人文化护理,效果显著,且可提升护理满意度与依从率,改善护患关系,值得在临床上推广。Objective The effect of the application of human culture in clinical practice is observed. Methods According to the random number table method, 88 patients were divided into control group and observation group, the former was given traditional nursing, on this basis, the latter to be human culture, observe the clinical nursing effect. Results The effect of nursing is significant, and it can improve the nursing satisfaction and compliance rate, improve the relationship between nurses and patients. It is worth to be popularized in clinic.
