摘　　要：农村医疗救助是整个医疗救助体系中最薄弱的环节,但它却是保障农民健康权和生存权最有效的手段,是从制度层面缓解困难群众无力就医问题的重大举措,是完善城乡社会救助体系的重要步骤[1]。该研究选取了浙江省多个具有代表性的县(市区),根据其现行的医疗救助制度,从救助对象、救助标准、救助程序等维度对样本农村地区的医疗救助实践模式进行比较分析。并在面向浙江省45个县(市区)开展的有关"农民对医疗救助认知情况"调查数据基础上,分析浙江省农村医疗救助在实践运行中存在的问题并提出"加大救助投入"、"开展即时救助"、"与新农合制度衔接"等相应对策。Rural medical treatment is the weakest link in the whole medical treatment system, but it is to ensure the most effective means of farmers health right and the right to survival.This is a measure can solve t the problem of poor medical treatment, At the same time,can improve the social relief system. This paper selects several representative counties in Zhejiang province. carrying on the investigation and the analysis, according to the current urban and rural medical assistance system, from the objects of salvage, rescue standards, assistance program, rescue and other dimensions of several local rural medical assistance practice patterns to be compared and analyzed. Otherwise, the research group base on the survey data about ＂rural medical assistance to cognition questionnaire＂ from 45 counties in Zhejiang Province.On this basis, combined with the situation in Zhejiang Province and China rural medical assistance system development trend, and points out existing problems and put forward the future of Zhejiang Province rural medical assistance system to improve the path and strategy.
