摘　　要：目的了解顺德区艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）的人群现状,为进一步做好艾滋病预防控制工作提供科学依据。方法对2012—2014年到顺德区疾病预防控制中心VCT门诊求询者的相关资料整理分析。结果求询者中男女比例约为3：1;20~39岁的人群占73.8%;大专及以上文化程度的人群占33.6%;HIV初筛阳性率为9.1%。结论 VCT在发现感染者和HIV知识宣教上发挥重要作用,今后应加大宣传,提高服务,有效控制艾滋病的流行。Objective To understand the status of HIV voluntary counseling and testing（VCT） in Shunde District, and to provide scientific evidence for the prevention and control of HIV/AIDS. Methods To analyze the relevant data of the VCT clinic in the District, Shunde district. Results The ratio of male to female was about 3：1, the age of 20~39 was 73.8%, and the culture level of college and above was 33.6%, the positive rate of HIV was 9.1%. Conclusion VCT plays an important role in the discovery of infected persons and HIV knowledge education, and should be more publicity, improve the service and control the AIDS epidemic in the future.
