摘　　要：目的了解吉林市昌邑区免疫规划疫苗的接种情况,为制定适合该区的干预措施提供科学依据。方法利用免疫规划信息管理系统平台,调取2015年第一季度全区14个街道/乡镇级接种单位的接种情况报表。结果通过入学入托预防接种证查验,免疫规划疫苗接种完成率达88.39%;免疫规划疫苗全程接种率达95.50%;第一季度适龄儿童免疫规划疫苗接种率监测数据平均值为64.91%。结论街道与乡镇级接种单位的免疫规划疫苗接种工作水平并无差异,接种人员的工作责任心及业务素质是接种工作质量好坏的关键因素,而接种单位体制及稳定性直接影响工作人员的工作状态。Objective To know jilin city changyi district the immune planning vaccination, to provide scientific basis for suitable for the intervention measures. Methods Using immune planning information management system platform, obtaining the first quarter of 2015 in 14 street/the township-level vaccination units vaccination status report. Results Pass the entrance kindergarten vaccination certificate inspection, the immune planning vaccination completion rate of 88.39%; The entire coverage of 95.50% immunization vaccines; In the first quarter of school-age children the immune planning vaccination rates monitoring data of average of 64.91%. Conclusion Streets and township-level vaccination units of the immune planning vaccination work level no difference, vaccination staff work sense of responsibility and professional quality is the key to the vaccination work quality factor, the vaccination units system and stability directly affect the staff＇s working condition.
