摘 要:目的为了进一步探究质控小组对科室护理管理质量的影响。方法根据该院2010年1月—2015年1月所收集的20余个科室的护理工作日记,对患者满意度以及质控小组在完善科室护理管理制度方面所起到的积极作用进行简要分析。结果该院自2012年1月起正式施行质控小组制度。2010年1月—2011年12月,院内各科室患者护理满意度平均分为(71.17±2.54)分,护理工作评分(82.89±2.06)分。2012年1月—2015年1月护理满意度为(89.88±1.74)分,护理工作评分(94.17±1.59)分。对比两个阶段医院各科室的整体护理质量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质控小组不仅能够提升院内各科室的整体护理质量,而且还能够对护理人员和护理管理制度提出更高的要求,能够进一步完善和优化院内的治疗环境,改善医患关系,应于临床重点推广。Objective To explore the effect of quality control group on nursing management in the Department. Methods According to our hospital in 2010 January to 2015 January in the collection of the Department of nursing records, the quali-ty control team to patients satisfaction and nursing management system to improve the analysis. Results The control group was formally implemented in January 2012. In 2010 January to 2015 December, patients care satisfaction (71.17 ±2.54) points, nursing work score (82.89 ±2.06) points. In 2012 January to 2015 January, nursing satisfaction was (89.88 ±1.74) points, nursing work score (94.17±1.59) points. The quality of nursing care in the two stages of the hospital was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion Quality control team can not only improve the quality of nursing in the Department in hospi-tal, but also of nursing staff and nursing management system put forward higher requirements, improve the doctor-patient rela-tionship, should be in clinical promotion focus.
