层级护理管理在中医骨科中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的对层级护理管理在中医骨科患者中的应用效果予以探讨分析。方法随机选取2011年2月—2013年2月在该院接受治疗的80例中医骨科患者和20例护理人员作为该次研究的对象,分别作为对照组(40例患者和10例护理人员)与观察组(40例患者和10例护理人员),对对照组患者实施传统护理管理模式进行护理干预,对观察组患者实施组长负责制层级管理模式进行护理干预,将两组患者的院内感染发生率、差错率、护理措施的落实、护理文件的书写、病区管理、基础护理、护理满意度进行比较分析,将两组护理人员的心理状态、工作满意度进行比较分析。结果观察组患者的院内感染发生率、差错率均明显低于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的护理措施的落实、护理文件的书写、病区管理、基础护理、护理满意度均明显优于对照组患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理人员的心理状态、工作满意度均明显优于对照组护理人员差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将组长负责制层级管理模式应用到中医骨科患者的临床护理中,能够明显提升患者的护理满意度,提高患者的护理质量,调节护理人员的心理状态,值得在临床应用中推广。Objective To level nursing management application results in Chinese medicine orthopedic patient to be ex-plored in the analysis. Methods Randomly selected from February 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital treated 80 cases of Chinese medicine orthopedic patients and 20 nurses as the object of this study were randomly divided into two groups, the control group and observation group of the control group was treated traditional care management model for nursing in-tervention for patients of the observation group leader is responsible for system-level management model for careinterven-tion, will write, ward management, primary care, nursing satisfaction with the two groups of patients the incidence of nosoco-mial infections, error rate, the implementation of care measures, nursing documentation of comparative analysis, the mental state of two nurses, job satisfaction of comparative analysis. Results The incidence of nosocomial infection in patients, the error rate was significantly lower than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;writing, ward management to implement the observation group were nursing measures, nursing file, basic care, nursing satisfaction were significantly better than the control group patients,the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）;mental state nursing ob-servation group, job satisfaction were significantly better than the control group caregivers,the difference was statistically signifi-cant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The leader is responsible for system-level management model applied to clinical care Chinese medicine orthopedic patients, can significantly enhance patient satisfaction with care and improve quality of patient care, psy-chological adjustment state nurses, should be promoted in the clinical application.
